A video wall panel should not be handled simply as a “display”. Differences in function, ADP design, SoC/player, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, tuner and finished-display/module status may change HS classification, Market Access and the required documentation.

3.2. PAKISTAN – PTA ONLY WHEN TERMINAL/RADIO SCOPE IS TRIGGERED
TIPP describes PTA Type Approval for terminal equipment offering switching or transmit/receive functions and capable of connecting to public switched networks. It should not be treated as an automatic rule for every video wall.
3.3. BANGLADESH – BTRC NOC FOR RADIO DEVICES
BTRC operates an NOC/permission route for radio equipment imports. Separate non-radio video walls from that route; wireless models require radio-module, band, test-evidence and importer-side approval review.
3.4. EU – A VIDEO WALL IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY A DESKTOP MONITOR
Regulation (EU) 2019/2021 covers electronic displays and digital signage, but digital signage displays are excluded from Annex II points A and B. Regulation 2019/2013 also contains specific energy-labelling exclusions, including certain display modules intended as part of a larger display area.
4. VIETNAM EXPORT POLICY
A new, finished non-radio video wall for commercial display is generally handled as a commercial export. Exact model/end-use screening remains necessary, especially for radio, encryption or potential strategic-trade characteristics.

5.2. EXPORT DUTY
LEGAL BASIS: Decree 26/2023/ND-CP establishes the Export Tariff; Article 4 addresses goods not named in the tariff.
EXECUTION: retain the technical classification file and check the tariff effective on the declaration date.

LEGAL BASIS: Decree 181/2025/ND-CP, effective 1 Jul 2025; Article 17 covers the 0% rate and Article 18 the conditions.
