01LTL / CONSOLIDATED CARGO
Suitable for shipments that do not justify a dedicated truck, or for businesses importing regularly in small to medium volumes.
End-to-end road freight from suppliers and factories in China to business warehouses in Vietnam, structured around each shipment’s actual data: pickup, consolidation, cross-border trucking, customs clearance and final delivery.
ROAD FREIGHT · CROSS-BORDER
The trucking plan cannot be separated from pickup, import documentation and final delivery. Weight, CBM, dimensions, pickup address, commodity policy and VAT/customs-declaration requirements should be confirmed before the shipment moves.
Do not select a transport option based on price per kilogram alone. Weight, volume, package dimensions, consolidation feasibility, cargo-ready schedule and delivery requirements all affect the cost structure.
01Suitable for shipments that do not justify a dedicated truck, or for businesses importing regularly in small to medium volumes.
02Suitable for larger shipments or cargo requiring tighter control over vehicle allocation, pickup timing and delivery planning.
03One coordination point from the China supplier to the customer’s warehouse or factory in Vietnam.
Instead of simply reporting “cargo in transit,” each stage is tied to data that must be confirmed, a responsible handler and a required output before the next step begins.
Product name, package count, gross weight, CBM, dimensions, packing, supplier address, ready date and delivery point in Vietnam.
Output: sufficient data to select the trucking plan and define the quotation scope.Coordinate pickup at the supplier’s workshop, factory or warehouse; cargo from multiple sources can be consolidated at a designated point.
Output: confirmed package count, pickup status and consolidation point.Cross-check product description, model, preliminary HS code, Invoice, Packing List, Catalogue/Datasheet, C/O and sector-specific documents where applicable.
Output: missing or inconsistent items identified before the border gate.Track the truck to the border gate, confirm declaration data, file the customs declaration and coordinate handling according to the customs channel and shipment status.
Output: cargo cleared to move into the domestic delivery leg.Coordinate delivery to the warehouse/factory and consolidate customs declarations, invoices, documents and actual additional charges.
Output: both the physical cargo flow and the post-import documentation set are completed. Two quotations are comparable only when they cover the same service scope. Pickup, China-side warehousing, cross-border freight, customs, taxes and final delivery should be separated clearly.
HS classification should be based on description, construction, function and technical documentation; tax treatment should be reviewed against the HS code, origin and policy applicable at the time of import.
Having a C/O does not automatically guarantee preferential treatment; origin criteria and document consistency must be checked against the actual shipment.
Machinery, chemicals, food, ICT and other sector-controlled goods may require catalogues, model information, MSDS or other supporting documents.
Yes. Pickup can be arranged at the supplier’s factory, workshop or warehouse based on the address, cargo-ready time and actual shipment data.
Yes. Cargo from multiple sources can be moved to a consolidation point before a combined transport plan is arranged; package IDs, quantities and supplier sources should be controlled clearly.
It depends on cargo type, kg/CBM, value, import policy and total landed logistics cost. A small volume does not automatically mean formal import is impossible.
It depends on cargo characteristics and the operating plan. Provide both weight and package dimensions to reduce quotation discrepancies.
No. The HS code, origin criteria, C/O validity and consistency with the shipment’s commercial documents must be reviewed.
A fixed number of days should not be applied to every shipment. ETA depends on pickup, truck/consolidation schedules, border operations, documents, sector-specific inspections, customs channel and final delivery point.
