EXPORT DUTY

Do not publish one rate until the 8-digit HS is fixed. Decree 26/2023/ND-CP is the base export tariff; Decree 201/2026/ND-CP, effective 23 July 2026, amends export rates for certain lines.

EXPORT VAT

A 0% VAT rate is conditional. Under VAT Law 48/2024/QH15 and Decree 181/2025/ND-CP, the exporter must maintain the evidence required for the relevant export transaction, including customs/payment documentation as applicable.

1. Is there one HS code for all LED modules/displays?

No. Separate flat panel modules, indicator panels, PCB/parts and complete displays; drivers/scalers/decoders and intended use can change the heading.

2. Does Korea require KC/RRA for LED displays?

It depends on configuration. RRA has confirmed a video-input LED signage configuration as conformity-assessment equipment; components and other models require their own review, and wireless adds RF requirements.
