79/2015/QH13 自 2016年07月01日起生效。现行适用时应核对合并文本和专业管理文件。

活动物、动物产品、动物源性产品、冷冻/冷藏货、检测样品及兽医相关产品可能涉及检疫或专业资料。

两者都要核查，并结合产品属性、加工状态、用途、原产地和实际单证。

该法律不是税则，但专业合规会影响清关进度和优惠原产地资料完整性。
